We can say we're busy. We can say we do not have the money. But what is the cost of the neglect to our bodies, our families, and our businesses?

Here at The Phoenix, we will be your partner. We can develop a plan that fits your need and your budget! Every journey begins with one step. We will be here for you first! We will be offering several low to no-cost experiences to dip your toe in the wellness pool.
Whether it is through Reiki, massage, coaching, Ayurveda, sound healing, tarot, Akashic Records; classes like yoga, meditation, or CPR; or even workshops like manifestation books and crystals, we have something for you!

This is a great way for me to keep dried flowers. I’m using them for future projects. Where at the bottom of jewelry boxes I’ll do an acrylic pour over dried flowers.
